On the way home though we stopped at Patea and did a walk along the river from where the freezing works used to be to the river mouth. Much better photo ops.

Going all arty
I spent yesterday on a bus tour run for the Wars exhibition visiting historical sites around south Taranaki. Really interesting but as photo ops go it was just lots of standing around in cow paddocks looking at ditches, you kind of had to be there.
On the way home though we stopped at Patea and did a walk along the river from where the freezing works used to be to the river mouth. Much better photo ops.
